About Me.
Hi, I’m Dasha. I’m 15, and this is a little story about the people and things that make me who I am.
My family is an important part of my life.
My family has five people: my parents, my older sister Kristina, my little sister Sofia, and me.
Each of them has a special place in my story. We have recently welcomed Sofia, so this is a new and exciting chapter for our family.
My dad loves making things.
My dad’s name is Gena. He enjoys making things with his own hands and going fishing.
I think it is wonderful to have hobbies that let you create something and enjoy time outdoors.
My mom cares for our growing family.
My mom’s name is Irina. She is a homemaker, and right now our family has a new little member to care for.
I am happy to share this new chapter of our lives with her.
We recently welcomed Sofia.
My little sister Sofia was born recently. Her arrival has brought a new beginning to our family.
It is exciting to know that I will get to watch her grow up.
Kristina shows me what it means to keep learning.
My older sister Kristina is in her third year at Mari State University.
Seeing her study makes me think about my own education and the possibilities ahead of me.
Books take me to other worlds.
I love reading, especially fantasy. A good story can draw me in so completely that I forget about time.
Reading gives me a chance to imagine places and adventures beyond everyday life.
I enjoy moving and being outside.
I like going for walks and riding my bike. Both give me time to take a break and enjoy being outdoors.
These simple activities are a lovely part of my free time.
I try to be kind, thoughtful and resilient.
I would describe myself as kind and smart. I also try to stay calm when things get stressful.
These qualities help me face new situations and keep learning from them.
I am glad I started construction college this year.
I entered construction college this year, so everything is still quite new to me.
I am happy to be here and curious about what I will learn as my studies continue.
Being a class representative matters to me.
I am glad to be the class representative. It gives me a chance to take responsibility and help my classmates.
This role is one more way for me to grow during my first year.
I am still discovering my path.
I have not decided on a future profession yet, and that is okay. My main goal now is to study well and successfully finish college.
I look forward to discovering what comes next. Thank you for getting to know me!
